gerard: I don't think I would call "freeflight" an "idiot"...an idiot at least has enough brain matter to come out of the rain or recognize the fact(s)that rain is impending...this guy can't even recognize the facts... hugh volumn in 3com and increase in share value when both Nasdaq and NYSE are down, and outperforming Cisco in daily percentage increase or less percentage drop than Cisco when mkt is down! So...classifying him as an "idiot" would be a compliment. So...I welcome their short positions...it will certainly move 3com upward when they (inmasse) cover their positions...this will transfer their funds into our hands! Let's encourage them fellow 3com investors... odds are better than gambling in Vegas! Regards, HKirby
