The entire concept of the business model was to have very little brick and mortar expenses. Also, there was to be very little inventory. According to my rough calculations, Amazon has leased about 3 million sq. ft. of distribution space. I agree about the catalyst. The original business model clearly did not work. Amazon will soon have more brick and mortar expenses than BKS with a far less sales revenue and lower gross margins.

I am totally lost on their plan if they have one.
