It's premature to abandon ship until we hear what they have to say at the shareholders meeting tomorrow. I'll be there and will post some info about the meeting. Those additional shares could be for a split or an acquisition. Shares outstanding as of January 31, 1999 were 19,643,177, per 10-K.
