Yes, muchos concretos - #reply-9688951 ... we've been discussing italicising/bolding techniques by PM, actually ...... well, PatP hasn't been accused of lying yet .... it's probably time, eh.

After all, everybody deserves their fifteen hundred minute flames.

"Though I doubt there will ever be enough information ..."

I have to agree with you there. Some of the story lines will never be known because they deal with deals that are dead. There can be endless speculation about them, but to what end?

I can imagine many different senarios as to what may have happened. Some innocent, some filled with intrigue and nefarious persons committing evil deeds, some embarassing, some boring as hell. All of which is now beside the point.

I suggest we concentrate on information that is available. PatP collected a lot of information about the two Daves and RMC. I've read that list over several times and can't find one illegal act. I see some mistakes, a failure and I see some plans that did not work out. But I can't find one illegal act.

Apparently the authorities can't find an illegal act either.

But I certainly do not know everything, and you seem to think the authorities don't know anything. Why don't you enlighten us. Show us which thing (or things) on that list is (or are) illegal.

"The idea that RMC may have been intentionally set up to use as a Press Release vehicle, should alarm any potential investor. "

I'm not sure why you would direct that only to potential investors. Why limit the message and your audience that way? That idea should alarm, but not just potential investors. It should also alarm any present investor. But only if it is something other than your opinion. Care to give us a reason, based on a fact, that we should be alarmed? Care to state that it is not just an idea that popped into that head of yours? Care to be that honest with the potential investors you have directed your message to?

Care to document the truth of your lie?

"The idea that RMC may have been intentionally set up to use as a Press Release vehicle, should alarm any potential investor. "

I only ask because I, as an investor, am very concerned about such the veracity of such accusations, as any investor, or potential investor should be.
