Hi Lucky!

No, I never called you a liar. jhild said I called you a liar (which of course was a lie -- the old point the finger and not notice the 3 pointing back at you difficulty as previously noted and recognized by all expect marcos who is blinded, it seems, by the light of his own adoration of jhild).

I wish I'd have been able to go with all of you on that trip to NY. There is a discrepancy which needs to be cleared up. My sense of it is there was a misstatement or an overstatement or a misunderstanding of the question or of the answer or a mistake or an error or a confusion over terms or...etc. An attempt to defraud the investing public does not appear to be supported by the evidence (all of which is hearsay anyway and as such inadmissible). In other words, there a difference between a mistake and a lie. A distinction which is lost on those who make the mistake of telling lies on a rather consistent basis.

It seems clear in hindsight that what should have been said or what was meant to be said was that the company was in the process of being licensed in all 50 states. Filling out the applications would be the first step in such a process. You and the others were there, not me...am I on track here?

One thing for sure is this: The "lie" did not enter into the discussion until jhild got his hands on it. Why am I not surprised.
