i disagree that it is hard to get respect in the market, now, since the small caps are renewing their lustre here. PRMS fits the mold of stocks that are rallying now of unforeseen lows of PBV and P/S for hi-tech. Seems you mess up a qtr or two and you get sliced 80%. To anyone who is really watching, the change is taking place right now! Buy your small cap portfolio of value plays and capture the doubles and triples. Haven't seen this since '89 and 90. PRMS is just ready to pop off its lows. And remember that move ofF Oct. lows ( 5-17), still a similar move out there!
