A man who seeked redundancy in your writing was offended when you helped his search by shining the flashlight on an even bigger redundancy. 2. A vulgar woman who in her own words claimed her "ass chews gum" charged you of being "obnoxious" when you mentioned Thai sex workers [and an American intern] who puffed cigars with theirs. 3. A literature critick who wrote that you couldn't "write out of a plastic bag" didn't even know what hit him when you laughed at this very own phraseology. And instead he condemned you on phony charges of unawareness of clichetic idioms and irresponsiveness to the elegance of figures of speech. At least, on some other threads, the craziness is clear like black on white: when an insect scholar asserted that a nymph is a larva concatenated with a pupa you knew to cut your loss and move on. The muddiness of this thread makes a blind man linger and think he's only nearsited: both means each some times but each means both all the times, the natural implication is both think they're each right...
