Although there have been a lot of 144's filed, a check into the form 4's has shown none of these shares have been sold yet. The 144's are only filed to prepare for a sale which must take place in 3 months or less. Otherwise a new 144 must be filed. It looks like all these people are "preparing" to sell on the assumption a major price increase appears. It is the prudent thing to do if you want to take advantage of a rapid price increase which we all know can happen fast with PNLK. It appears they do not think the price was high enough when it hit the higher levels we have seen over the past 1-2 months. To me this indicates they are expecting even higher prices to be coming soon. If one looks at the progress of events and the big picture (national advertising just around the corner) it is not hard to believe we will soon see some new highs i.e. >$8. Obviously all the above conclusions are JMHO. Todd J.

John, Sorry I took so long to respond. I was trying to catch some rest, than a little round-ball. I hear your interpretation that my "explaining" the difference between "insiders" and "initial investors" was an attack on a "messenger"; but it doesn't smell to good. As far as my "tendency to attack and slam others when there is even the slightest mention of something that may be taken as negative about PNLK". I don't have to, PNLK does it's own defending. About my "dumping on the person and start accusations". Note that I let this puppy rest for a while; but there are those who know the truth. I will leave it at that. I believe if people want to take the time to research when you started posting on this thread, we had an exchange. Many slammed you; but I acknowledged you had the right to ask questions. I also stated to you it is sometimes how the question is asked that causes the response. Later you P.M.'ed me stating you were building a case against someone to get them thrown off SI. Other things occurred, which I will not go into. In any case, I stand by my earlier post. Regards, Roy
