Didn't you get the paperwork from your broker in the mail? When? You know as well as I do that the only people who were sent a proxy were the original owners of PRWT. People who owned shares of PRWT BEFORE John Schmitz et al entered the scene. All those who bought into PRWT based on the PR's submitted in June 1998 and forward were not inclusive in this group, the group who were sent proxies. Did you "happen" to just forget this fact or intentionally attempt to mislead?
