Larry if you had the courage to go to the shareholders meeting you may have been able to understand the financing issues a little better. But since you don't have the fortitude or interest to do your homework you are doomed to wallow in ignorance, repeating the the same senile babble over and over. Valence has their plan to bring the endeavor forward. Follow mooters advise and wait for company news before you invest. You may not be able to re-enter below 15.00 but thats only $2100 on your 300 share investment anyway.

Larry Brubaker; Thank you, for adding to my knowledge about the company's history. I imagine that the individuals involved were more interested in having the public finance their enterprise than they, themselves. Also, why not sell paper for real money if your can away with it? It's almost like printing your own money. Create wealth on a printing press or should I say, rearrange it. In fact, printing presses are not even used anymore. Do people who make money give it back? Nevertheless, they did repurchase on the open market. That indicated they must be very optimistic about something. I don't know what their individual's motives are but the fact that they all bought and bought on the open market means something. How much each of them bought is irrelevant. PHOTOMAN
