So why him ... did he just look the most vulnerable? You know, marcos, you are very fond of bringing up this lawsuit based on Stagger Lee's outrageous rant (#reply-6118186) and trying to find some moronic way of casting Medinah in a bad light for filing it, but why is it that people like you never look at the issue as a whole. You're more than willing to say Medinah is "threatening" a poster, but you never bring up the fact that they never pursued this case. Now why could that be? Could it be because Stagger Lee retracted his false statements (#reply-5363163 and again at #reply-6117919). Could it be that Medinah is playing fair and saying okay, you made your retraction so we won't come after you, but be aware that there is a price to pay for publicly defaming a company on the internet. What this Stagger Lee lawsuit (#reply-6126058) really says is the Medinah will not stand for people making false statements about their company, and they will back this up with teeth. This is ancient history now. It's time to move on. --Coz
