I can't find the 'Reasons To Incorporate In Nevada' page that used to be on it .... do you know what I mean? Oh, my yes. Jhild, Kerry, jmt and I all discussed this over on the EDII thread. I recall there really weren't any reasons NOT to incorporate in Nevada. I noticed a new pink page when I called it up earlier to check on the status of RMC and PABN but didn't pay any attention to what else was new or missing over there.

" As I indicated elsewhere that page contained statements contrary to both fact and to Nevada Corporate Law. Looks to me like someone at the sos offices put out an S.O.S. and had it removed. Of course each of those you mentioned who quoted that false and misleading information had not bothered to find out for themselves what the facts were by checking the actual laws of the State of Nevada -- too much work I suppose, so they settled on an ADVERTISEMENT for their information and congratulated themselves on their outstanding DD. But then facts are such pesky things when they do not fit one's agenda. PCM GO PABN!!!
