jhild, thanks for the new url info. There are still statements contrary to fact AND law in that ADVERTISEMENT. However, the key point to keep in mind is that those things you list only apply in Nevada (that is, those items that are factually correct and in accordance with Nevada Corporate Law). If you disagree with me, that is your right and I will defend your right to disagree with me to the death! However, if you want to convince me that that I am wrong you are going to have to explain to me how Nevada State Law supercedes Federal Securities laws. Oh, and you are going to have to explain to me HOW IN HECK this has anything whatsoever to do with the topic of this message board which happens to be PABN which happens to be A DELAWARE CORPORATION.
