73-74 bear market. thought this might be a good time to review. It might take a few seconds for the article to fully appear. Just wait and it will fully settle in

comment on today's show. Bob seems to think that this churning around close to the highs likely represents distribution going on. Really didn't sound like he thought a healthy correction was likely anymore but still possible. His visibility through May sounded O.K. as he told one caller who might be out of reach for a while that if he went to cash now he could lose out e.g. if a 5% rise in the market occurred. If things continue as they are through May sounds like he will continue looking closely in early June and it sounds like this could drag out for a while or indicators could turn bearish. Frankly if Bob could correctly call a bear anywhere near the top it would be an incredible achievement and for those willing to accept the news could be a fantastic opportunity to preserve capitol, make some on the short side and then get in cheap near the bottom for the next bull run. I think Bob likes the idea that if he calls a bear sometime soon he is unlikely to have much company.
