Tequiza - sounds like a mythical blend of agave liquor and Geritol.

Gosh, I'm glad I don't have any of those evil qualities you describe. No way. Nope. Not me.

<If this is not normal, then I'm in deep doodoo as a human being.>

Don't worry...its so "normal" that the Germans even have a word for it.

Schadenfreude -- taking joy in the misfortune of others....

X calls you terrible names 'cause that's how she is. I mean taht in a nice way, of course.

Tequiza? Have you drunk enough to know yet? I been drinkin' Cactus Juice today. I did eat. Really. Just interspersed the food with beer and cactus juice. Now I gotta go out again. K, I probably don't HAVE to, but I am. I could of sworn that I was supposed to rest on the weekends, but I'm sure tired and tomorrow is Monday. And the Avs are on tomorrow night so I just have to go out and watch the game.

About the get-together... I request someplace where there is a pool table handy. Why get-together if I don't get to go shoot pool with Rambi.

The Germans have the perfect word for it, and the English speaking world has adopted it, because it's so apt: schadenfreude, taking pleasure in other people's problems. The Three Stooges made a career out of it.

Edit: I see the wise Crocodile beat me to it.

I like it when perfect people's faces break out, and when smart people fail a test...

I remember people like you. When I was in language school in the Air Force, I walked into the final exam with the highest GPA in my class. And for some reason, sitting there as they handed out the number 2 pencils and the sheets covered with little circles, I had, for the first and last time in my life, an onset of paralyzing test anxiety. One that hit me so hard I had to ask the department to excuse me from the final and take it later. Trembling so hard I couldn't even correctly fill in the little circles with the pencil. For the hell of it I sat through the test and tried to complete it, got about a sixty where I would have been expected to ace. I must say there were some sly smiles around afterwards among my cohorts. Mostly from the lower half of the GPA's.
