My Broker notified me by mail that the name changed as of March 9th, that the cusip changed, that Panamerican bancorp had Merged with Purewater sciences.

well, now that wasn't so difficult after all, was it? And isn't that what I have claimed all along? That all these items took place on March 9th and not prior as the company claimed time and time again.

oh, and you forgot to mention the symbol changed as well... <g>
