William, I don't buy that argument about being just an indulgence. All that Lev has said, and the actions that he's taken in the past several years, indicate a very dedicated individual, and I think Al Shugart is of the same ilk. Speaking with these people at the shareholder's meeting left me with an impression of genuine personal motives. Let's not forget Bert Roberts either.

Please check out former CFO's acquisition of shares during the past year - he is certainly "not a rich man" - I think you will concur that others with substantially less means have also invested a significant portion of their net worth in Valence.

Also, try to ascertain how many shares former EVP Bill Masuda still owns. Should either of these individuals substantially liquidate their holdings of Valence, then that would indeed raise a red caution flag. But they haven't.
