It always bothers me when someone discusses a "politically incorrect" issue when they are overtly, or covertly labelled a racist.

To me it only demonstrates their fear in the other persons point of view. Fear usually means they are afraid to have their assumptions challenged.

Personally I don't know who is right regarding the Indians and the history of the America's. But it would be nice to see all views freely expressed without being labelled, racist.

The same thing holds true regarding the Albanian, Serbian conflict. I can remember clearly being called a racist myself for not supporting the U.S. involvement in this war. People using that kind of shallow dialogue should be held accountable for their charges. If someone calls you a racist because of your views, what are you supposed to say? No I'm not??

I believe what James was trying to say is he is no more or less racist than anyone else. And knowing him on these boards for over 2 years leads me to believe it's probably true.
