have been reading the proxy and two things keep sticking in my mind. 1. what happens to the money that is generated by the insider sales, does the 90+ million go into their pockets or the company coffers. 2. are there ONLY 243 holders of record? #1 makes me uncomfortable if insiders are unloading stock but #2 absolutely makes me giddy. any comments are welcome.
