... Ray, without making a long post out of it, may I suggest that it is SFE's new and apparently quite successful strategy that calls for that sort of change and has attracted a new type of investor; that delivering gems like ICG wihtout an ability to get them systematically and properly covered in the market place would be a shame (the new "Wall Street ... needs it this way" and focus on facilitating it for institutionals). All of this appears to me as a logical consequence of, once again, a rather radical and potentially highly succesful change of course.

I understand that, as a long time SH, used to the 'rights' distribution, etc. this may be a change to you as well, but isn't there strong upside potential for shareholders like you in the new SFE? In addition, this is consideration being paid by management to more recent shareholders who paid significantly higher prices and also plaid a role developing the liquidity of the stock and, I would hope, eventually a better form of stability. I personally find this form of complete and fully integrated re-engineering of the corporation rather exciting.

Your further thoughts would be appreciated
