Or, maybe they will be looking to sell their 40% interest in Diavik, to finance their 16% share of development costs at Snap Lake and to pay legal fees for the upcoming class action. The Bre-x court decision has limited redress to the company and its officers. Ironically, you can't sue the brokers:-))
