Buendia - a very interesting piece of DD... just looked over their (PEC's) website; very impressive. Now how did you put these together
(VTPI/IVOC/and PEC)?

Should we be expecting this PEC to be an acquisition? Merger?

Way to dig and get some good info for us. I would love to see another PR today. I have a feeling the PR's will be very regular from this company. This morning's Pr is very strong in it's message, which basically saying, "it's a a new ballgame here folks".
