Hi Lee, wasn't ignoring your question about Magruder. I've been out of town and the country the past 10 days and am still traveling for several more days. I've got my laptop but can't seem to keep an AOL internet connection more than a few minutes since we got off the cruise ship. Anyway, I'm real behind on the RB chatter on Magruder and will have to catch up in time for the shareholder meeting coming up quickly. I have no idea about the details of his contract but I sure didn't see much happen the past 6 months with FNet. But that's just my opinion. Hopefully they had some quantitative performance goals documented. Bruce
