coldhardtruth, The Russians have a surface-to-surface anti-naval missile that NATO has no effective method of stopping. Roz, the large Russian Weapons Manufacturer would like nothing more than to give a few to the Yugoslavians in order to experiment in wartime conditions by firing them upon the NATO Vessels floating out in the Adriatic Lake.

But to my knowledge Yeltsin to date has prevented shipment of any such ordnance to Yugoslavia. Watch the power struggle in the Kremlin closely.

Also I am amazed at the restraint Yugoslavia has shown in re "behind the lines" activity in the US- especially in the face of the US' complete destruction of Serbian infrastructure. It would be very simple to sneak a few combat squads across the lightly guarded Mexican Border and start to blow up power stations or transmission towers, or poison public water supplies- very hard to stop....
