Ditch, If Marty is put on the BoD it would show that management no longer wishes to do business on the "dark side" IE:saying one thing and doing another or doing nothing for that matter..it would show the shareholders that they have nothing to hide and thus create an enormous amount of confidence in current management and their decisions...BTW...what harm could it possibly do to put Marty( who BTW, got us cohesive and John Hwang) on the BoD?
