Michael, True, I was mixing apples and oranges. But even from work, when, for example, I log on to our benefits administrator (out-sourced) to report vacation, the performance leaves much to be desired. GenY is brought up on a staple of 3d real time vide games. They won't ever settle for this kind of performance. DSL also eliminates the need for an extra phone line, I believe. As for s/w to do painless administration, the more centralized the architecture, the better. At least that's how I would have designed the product, now if you ask a Microsoft engineer ... ;-) -BGR.
