Hi Patrick - I am looking at what we need to observe 18-24 month's from now as our "Exit" que.... I guess one thing to add to our list is if DRAMS start to peak in price due to production constrainsts, then this cycle is coming to an end. Another item to watch is when LSI starts to build FAB III at Gresham. It's ok to be early to the party, but I want to be sure to leave this party two to three month's before the cycle ends. Not to panic, as it is VERY early in the new cycle...but I want to be quick with the trigger when our signals flash red. Can you add any other indicator worth watching? EKS
