No. If the stock were marginable, and I uncovered clear-cut evidence of fraud, then it would be a different story. All I see now is that the company is grossly overvalued and it has a questionable track records (doesn't necessarily mean that anything underhanded was going on). I never short stocks based strictly on overvaluation. It is perfectly possible that EDIG could double or triple agian from these levels.
