Just catching up on the thread. I had no idea that Bob Dylan and Queen Victoria shared a birthday. Even more amazing are these Victoria quotes I found from the British Archives on line: "The answer, my dear Disraeli, is tempest-tossed. The answer is tempest-tossed." Lord Halifax: "Your Majesty, I am cancelling my subscription to The London Times, as it is different than it used to be." Victoria: "Agreed, my Lord, the Times they are a-changing." Coincidences? I think not.
