Hi Suzanne - for what it's worth - Paul Henry never responded to my e-mail regarding Riseholm Investments. He probably just never got around to it yet. To this day, I still don't know much about Riseholm Investments. It would be kinda nice since TSIG issued a PR about it.

Regards,

Phil

Dear Mr. Henry - I am attempting to get further information regarding
TSIG.com's partnership with Riseholm Investments. I would appreciate
your assistance.

1) Does Riseholm Investments have a web presence ?

2) Are there any web sites that you are aware of that reference
Riseholm Investments or other sources where I can get further
information on Riseholm Investments ?

3) What is Riseholm Investments a) Address b) Telephone # and b)
Facsimile #

4) Please elaborate on the following from the PR. Who was the
privately-owned National enterprise employing in excess of 450 people
with annual revenues in excess of 75 million pounds sterling ? When was this past venture of Riseholm and is it still ongoing ?

About Riseholm Investments Limited:

"Riseholm Investments is a U.K. registered company holding Commercial,
Retail and Investment
Properties. Past ventures of Riseholm have included control of a
privately-owned National enterprise employing in excess of 450 people
with annual revenues in excess of 75 million pounds sterling."

5) Please provide any further information regarding Riseholm
Investments that you think would be helpful.

Thanks in advance for your assistance Mr. Henry. I'll be sending a
separate e-mail expressing support for Martin E. Frankel becoming a
member of the Board of Directors of TSIG.com.

Sincerely,

Phillip Longacre

Hi Suzanne - <<He affirmed that. To cut to the chase here, Gordon has put large sums of money into the company and in turn has obtained
shares (perhaps on the order of 70 million) either by grant, options, or loan conversions. He has sold all but 14 million of those shares into the float.>>

Did Paul Henry offer any time frame when Rob Gordon's 56 million shares (70 million - 14 million shares remaining) were sold into the float ? Are the remaining 14 million shares up for sale anytime soon ?

<<The thread did not ask questions regarding Gordon selling some 70 million shares into the float, and Marty posted no answer. I e-mailed this news flash to Henry Sunday night.>> - Jeez - what other questions didn't shareholders ask ?

Thanks for the information Suzanne.

Regards,

Phil

Suzanne, just catching up here--according to your calculations has RG sold 70M shares into the float?
