I'm still not sure what difference all this interlocking ownership makes; but it might make some--all I can find so far is an apparent undervaluation of UTTC. I'll take a look at MMCI tomorrow, with the same issue in mind.

Rande Is .. < how can all this be true ?? >

It goes a long way towards explaining the
price discrepency between the PLCO / PLCOP
as none of the large PLCO longs will loan
their stock .. I've called them ..

Rande,
I have a problem with Breaking Waves claiming %25 of PLCO
If I read the last filled statement of ownership
from www.freeedgar.com,
I see:
They claim to have 1,400,000 shares of common stock
....
which is supposed to be approximately 25.4% of the outstanding shares????
HOW CAN THAT BE ???
I thought number of common outstanding shares was much
bigger IF WE TAKE PREFERRED INTO ACCOUNT
What do you think ?
Seems to me that PLCO is flying on its own and these guys
don't control its future as much as they would like to.
Which I think is good for PLCO.
:)
