Fred,

Is it your intention to structure the contest in a manner that confines the participant to "value invest". I question the usefulness of this. The time frame for value investing is longer than interest of the members of this group.

Would you allow short positions of stocks at any price? I like to protect against a general collapse of the market.

Revenue from any sale will also be rolled over to the next month, OR put into a one year T-Bill

1) money (or portion thereof) held in Treasuries can be invested at the beginning of any following month - correct? (I mean, selling the T-Bills does not count as the "You may sell one ENTIRE issue evey 3 months starting market close of August 31."

2) given final rules - I will very slightly change my picks and will email you prior to June 1 kick off.

again, I am very interested in how this plays out over

regards

Fred, you better run the ground rules by James Clarke to get his approval from Buffett scriptures before going any further. IMHO <GGG>
