What world do you live in? Seems all you longs justify your position because you met a guy playing golf or met a guy in a spa.

Do you send the "I met a woman in a spa" stories to Penthouse?

CustomTracks Rises on Internet Payment-System Outlook

Dallas, May 24 (Bloomberg) -- Shares of CustomTracks Corp., which is developing an Internet payment
system, rose 25 percent on prospects that its technology will enable consumers to buy items online without
needing a credit card.

CustomTracks rose 15 1/16 to 76 after reaching a record 90. Ashton Technology Group Inc., which also
makes online transaction systems, rose 2 1/8 to 16 5/8 after touching a record 18.

Dallas-based CustomTracks will unveil a secure Internet payment system in June that won't require an online
shopper to submit a credit-card number, said David Weinstein, analyst at Joseph Charles & Associates Inc.
CustomTracks, which changed its name from Amtech Corp. last September, began investing in the system in
February.

(This) could be a solution for one of the problems plaguing the Internet, which is fear of putting private
information, or credit-card information, over the Internet,'' said Weinstein, who predicts the stock will reach
$230 in a year.

Toll Collector

CustomTracks, which also is exploring selling customized compact discs over the Internet, may be using
technology similar to that of the electronic toll-collection systems used on some highways. Rather than paying
a toll-taker, drivers are billed for tolls using a sensor placed in the car that registers the payment when the car
passes through the toll booth.

The CustomTracks Internet-billing system would be similar to the electronic tolls as Web users could make
purchases from vendors using the system and receive a bill for their purchases at the end of the month,
Weinstein said.

David Cook is developing a payment system for Internet music after developing the SunPass electronic-toll
system, to be used on Florida highways beginning next year, for Amtech Corp. Cook founded Amtech and
also worked on a tracking system for Blockbuster Video.

''David Cook is an expert of tracking systems,'' said Weinstein, who has a ''buy'' rating on the shares. He
expects CustomTracks to file patents for the technology in the next couple of weeks.

MST, I agree with your friend in the spa, charts do predict the news, in a way. Whether the news is a merger as you presume, or the general feeling that the toxicity of the various financings (warrants and floorless) are not going to be severe because cash is going to be sufficient for the interval until they generate cash. With the recent heavy volume, even if the warrants are exercised (or the warrants holders short against the block), the impact will not be large, IMHO.
