SNNT TIDBITS - For the precious few followers who are still alive.

I sent an email to the folks at SNNT to find out how things were going. Their reply was actually encouraging.

Tom Carpenter has taken over as Chairman of the board replacing Leroy Speirs. There are also two new director nominees that have been nominated to the board. One of these has investment community experience.

They have also hired a CFO. (This is two good things. 1. A CFO and 2. a new hire of any type.)

On the funding front, they have received some "GAP financing" and sounded pretty positive about Averil Capital getting them the follow-on capital.

Evans & Sutherland's product release containing SNNT Software is scheduled for July. Kodak has agreed to help fund the promotion of the product.

And last but not least. It's obvious they haven't been taking this board's suggestions for the last 2 years. The company has now changed their focus somewhat to move it more to into the (Believe or not) "internet forefront". They have actually hired someone to lead their first application initiative. I guess better late than never.

All in all, it sounds like there's a lot going on. So lets see where we stand, we've seen the crash, the burn, the ashes. Is there a Phoenix in there somewhere?

Hope this helps
JB
