Fred - Re.:"...a little nebulous?..." Not really! The important items from this PR: (1) VLNC is shipping battery components for assembly/manufacture in Korea FOR CONFIRMED customers of Hanil VLNC. The JV deal is on plan. A way to quick start their Korean JV. (2) VLNC is booking some revenue (cost plus materials) for all the materials shipped to the JV. When batteries are sold, VLNC will book more revenues from sales (50% of profit?) (3) VLNC is not shipping "finished" batteries yet. (Those deals may have to do with Energizer, MOT, etc.) Ram
