Hi Doug,
US $28 is an important level, as you suggest. I see 2 possibilities: The first scenario is a continuation downwards to the next support level at $24. The second scenario is more bullish in having the $28 level hold, with the stock forming a reverse head and shoulders pattern. I see $24 as a worst-case situation, and favor the latter if the market doesn't stall further. Newbridge is therefore near a bottom that makes it a "near term accumulate" by the Rankin rating system (joke)....Regards, Robert
