I also believe it is a short seller. The large short position was taken at about this price. This person or fund is sucking up a lot of shares and could get the royal shaft if FGI announces a new substantial contract. Also, if it is a fund, how many shares can they short before the manager is fired for incompetence?

Dog! FGI has held up wonderfully this past month. And if you look at the chart, we are on a continued uptrend that has not been broken. In fact the chart looks pretty cool.

Your perceptions of the company are right. Don't let background noise bug you. This company is a portfolio money maker in 1999.
