I agree that Reiter was the piece that didn't really fit in the puzzle, which was why an IPO of it was a possibility. My guess is that the IPO market is drying up, and an IPO of Reiter is not as feasible today as it was a month ago. I think they just wanted to buy a stake so they could sell it to the market. Also my guess is that of the businesses, Reiter consumes by far the most cash. As they grow they have to buy hardware today for which they will receive payments over time from customers.
