I agree, although the hardware should be easily financeable even if the financials aren't pretty - there are lots of companies that will do lease financing on hardware and even software or web-site costs. I'm also not sure that Reiter's business, at least as I understand it, is really IPO'able. Very competitive industry with few barriers to entry, and the primary asset is the quality of the staff. Not the type of company that's easy to finance with equity. Of course AXC was just figuring all this out when it invested in Reiter, maybe it wasn't apparent to them at the time.

This may sound dumb, but what IF a major portal has offered to buy Reiters lock stock and barrel....How would this play out..?
