Alan, Hope you don't mind that I'm posting this on SI. Nice to see an actively interested person trying to get questions answered. I will post your message to the Grassroots members so all can see your idea. Good information for investors to have and especially the company. Have you e-mailed ProNet to suggest a specific addition to a customer satisfaction gathering survey being to inform investors of the results? Sounds like a good idea, and one the ProNet site can facilitate directly and in an automated fashion. At this point the main focus of the Grassroots group is to help make agencies aware of the existence and utility of ProNetLink. At this time we feel this is the most positive effort that can be exerted, both for investors and the company. This is a logical follow-up though, and could be a future effort. Again, thank you for your efforts and input. Will return notice of any pertinent developments (regarding this issue and Grassroots) that may arise to you. -Jim -----Original Message----- From: Sent: Tuesday, May 25, 1999 11:49 AM To: jsimonize@home.com Subject: pronetlink Hello, I am not a member or SI, but read your post concerning PNLK. I've been invested for the last three months and wanted to let you know of an idea I have been pursuing. I have slowly been e-mailing people who have placed trade leads on the website to ask them several questions. 1) how many responses have they received to their trade lead? 2) are they satisfied with the services PNL provides? 3) do they plan to remain a member after the trial period? 4) would they recommend PNL to their business partners? I sent out 20 e-mails late last week and unfortunately only have one reply. This person said they received few responses and had not used many of the services. My hope is that several of us could take portions of the list and do a similar satisfaction survey of initial trial members in order to get feedback about how the company is executing. We could then combine our data and provide this information to other investors as well as the company. Let me know what you think. Long PNLK, Dr. Alan
