Woa....unfortunately I don't think this is such a swell idea. I think it is stepping on the company's toes (PNLK).

If I was a member, trying to conduct business, I would consider such emails intrusive. A business is there for one purpose....to conduct business....not to satisfy the curiosity of a faceless person who just happens to be a shareholder and who has no interest whatsoever in doing business. I'm surprised that he got even one response to the email "campaign".

Bad idea. Totally out of line as far as I'm concerned. Let them conduct their business without clogging their Inboxes with questions. We want them to conduct business, remember? That's what PNL is all about.

Just my opinion.

Regards,
Helene

I know I will appear as a grump on this fine day but
must say this.

I am as happy as anyone over the coming ad campaign but
requesting spot schedules and conducting customer satisfaction
surveys is taking enthusiasm a little too far.

First, content and scheduling is highly proprietary in
this competitive sector and secondly, shareholders typically
lack the knowledge and discipline in the proper construction
and implementing of marketing surveys.

Celebrate but let PNLK do their work.

Enthusiastic shareholders failing to make it crystal clear
they are NOT the company can backfire big time.

You have done your part by working hard to make the money
you have invested in PNLK. Now let the PNLK employees
earn their pay.

Okay, now you can let me have it.

I don't like this. Tampering with a company's customer base could have a potentially negative effect. Its best to let the company continue with the execution of their business plan and stay out of the way.
