There are several Lis Pendens (pending lawsuits) regarding detrimental remarks made by individuals on boards such as this about certain stocks. This will create PRECEDENT; Previously decided case which is recognized as authority for the disposition of future cases. Which means the end to bashing as we currently know it. Ambulance chasing type lawyers will hit these boards in force looking for ANY negative remarks regarding a stock. They will then contact all interested parties not currently represented (share-holders)offering class action no recovery no fee lawsuits. REMEMBER; Unlike Slander, LIBEL requires NO DAMAGES! Only that the remark be said, uttered, or written in the public domain. i.e. RagingBull's (Observer insert: or Silicon Investor) boards. The first thing Lawyers will do is get an order from a court in the state of the defendant PROHIBITING them from liquidating assetts (stock) in order to fullfill future/possible damage claims and/or judgements. Average time for litigation completion= 3 to 7 years. All records of posters and their holdings will be made available to those law firms. There are only a few no fault states. Even if there is no judgement or if it NEVER goes to trial defendants will be liable for at least Attorney fee's by all Plaintiff's.
