<.. Here is the ITU one for Aware..>

This was not Aware's official notification of patent intention to ITU. It was was part of some earlier process contributions and informational only (no patent info). As I posted previously, Aware has yet to submit their official patent position letter to ITU.

Won't be able to play much more here for awhile (though it *is* such fun <gg>), being elsewhere occupied at:

FYI-Texas.Net is now offering DSL Cable Modem service!

What is Texas.Net's DSL Cable Modem service?

Texas.Net's DSL Cable Modem service is a new service we are offering
that provides a dedicated digital circuit between your home and
Texas.Net. Speeds start at 1500k/sec (30-50times a normal modem)
and go up to 6000k/sec (100-200times a normal modem). This new
technology will help eliminate the slowness of normal analog modem
Internet service. Web pages will snap instantly on your screen,
and large e-mail attachments will download in just seconds rather
than hours.

How fast is Texas.Net's DSL Cable Modem service?

Fantastically fast. You'll never want to go back to a regular
modem. We offer 2 levels of DSL Cable Modem service: 1500k/sec
and 6000k/sec. We recommend the 1500k/sec service as the average
web page is only 50kbytes (or 400kbits). This means that the entire
400Kbit will come all at once (no waiting) as your internet connection
is 1500Kbits wide.

Texas.Net DSL Cable Modem service currently takes advantage of a
special digital phone line provided by Southwestern Bell. When
you order Texas.Net DSL Cable Modem service from us, we will handle
the process of ordering the special line for you. Southwestern
Bell will charge you seperately for that DSL line, as outlined
below.
