Photoman - Re.: "...Wrong, about raising capital in the equity market..." Off topic... Interesting! Our business receives advice quite contrary to yours. They say that debt financing is more expensive. What do they know? May be something does not add up for them. May be, a nice home in Washington DC or Hawaii should not be sold for capital gain but rather pay the mortgage for the rest of its life of 30 years? Why would the SEC filing points out the par value of a common stock? Are you buying gold? If not, why not? Just curious! Ram
