Joe, I still have the certificate. I am waiting for them to reduce the price on the audio player and then I will probably cash it in. As far as I am concerned they should be giving these things away and selling content. I asked, "Don't you have any players with removable memory, like CompactFlash? I have a couple cards for my digital camera and it would be nice to use them in a device like this." The customer service person replied curtly, "No, well, this is all we have right now." It sounded like I wasn't the first to ask her that question! Hopefully that is a sign of better things to come. Just have to keep chipping away at them. Ausdauer
