The report must be filed for each of the first three fiscal quarters of the company's fiscal year and is due within 45 days of the close of the quarter. Interpretive Responsibility: Division of Corporation Finance - Office of Chief Counsel Form 10-QSB The Form 10-QSB is filed quarterly by reporting small business issuers. It includes unaudited financial statements and provides a continuing view of the company's financial position and results of operations throughout the year. The report must be filed for each of the first three fiscal quarters and is due within 45 days of the close of the quarter. Good Luck TPEG LONGS or should I say... IATR LONGS!!! Remember, the symbol change to IATR won't happen immediately... but as soon as they possibly can after the vote is approved (So, if we don't jump up tomorrow, don't freak out). Also, I didn't mail my proxy in, so as with everyone else who DIDN'T mail in the proxy, their vote will go with the entire TPEG board as a YES to change the name to IAT Resources Corporation. Have they had any Internet Stock / Nasdaq blood drives yet??? Lord knows us LONGS need it! Everyone think $3-$4 tomorrow! -ISM2000
