David, do you think that the Australian market and Nikkei were up because the money was flowing out the US market back to its bases. It has been discussed on this thread that foreigners have been selling and getting out since April. We could be talking of mini-ripple bubbles (in the case of Japan, more like a fart in the bath tub... since they have had their own bubble 9 years back)
<g>. I was pretty surprised to see the Nikkei up slightly at close, I am out but really expected a steep plunge.
