Hey wireless, remember PanAmerican Interactive? Do you suppose it is buried along with Merv Rosenfeld? The PABN site no longer has any mention of PanAmerican Interactive. Do you suppose that Douglas E. Taylor the listed President of PA Interactive is buried in the casket with Merv? I wonder did they have room for those 5000 videophones that were being built as well?

If you think there is a problem with the Principles of consolidation as recommended by the FASB as applied by PABN, then you should properly take it up with the parties involved. If you think PABN has violated those principles, I'd also like to see why you think that: show me what PABN did and why you disagree with it. Really not too difficult I should think. Unless you really do not know what you are talking about concerning the topic, which is PABN, or the details of its reverse merger. As I seem to recall, an intelligent discussion of a topic requires knowledge of that topic. Why not start with telling us what you know about the reverse merger, without commentary. Let us see the facts you have at your disposal, the facts on which your analysis of the structure of the deal are based. After that we can deal with how the deal was structured. Let's see if anyone is spinning, twisting, obfuscating or denying, and if so, who. PCM GO PABN!!!
