Honey hills had gross rev. $9,000,000 last fiscal. It is a private franchisor & product co. with about 80-90 locations in California. YF.a is not disclosing the purchase price or terms, at least not right now. (This has me curious as it is generally the shareholders right to know what the co. is spending on acquistions.) The market reaction to the news is because of non-disclosure. Did the co. spend $5,000,000 or 40,000,000? The co. has received no funds as yet on the sale of the master franchise agreement to Germany. Still no news or report out about the K-Mart adventure. Co. seems to be avoiding the issue.
