By law, proxies only have to go out to shareholders of record. Marcus, Shouldn't a company send those out to shareholders of record with enough time to exercise their votes? The legal limit and skirting the "reality" limit to get your wife on the board, don't you find that even the smallest bit tainted? How about being as brave as Gator and answering that honestly? Or do you just want to make idle threats about friends who can get you numbers and names...Hey! You're really Dale on "King of the Hill"!
